Robert Hall is a noted author, consultant, and speaker on relationships. As co-founder and CEO of an international relationship management firm for more than 20 years, Ernst & Young named him a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in the Southwest and Southern Methodist University’s Cox Business School named his company one of the fastest growing private companies in Dallas. Robert sold his firm to a public company and continued on as CEO of his unit for three years. His first book, The Streetcorner Strategy for Winning Local Markets, a business best-seller, helped inspire the Customer Relationship Management movement.
Robert has authored more than 150 published articles with his writing on leadership and relationships appearing in Forbes, The New York Times, The CEO Magazine, The Dallas Morning News and The Huffington Post. His latest book, This Land of Strangers – has been called “the most important book of the decade” by Rick Boyatzis, co-author of Primal Leadership. It addresses society’s breathtaking relationship decline and its impact at home, work, in politics and faith. Robert currently coaches corporate CEOs and COOs in five public companies and two non-profits on issues of strategic direction, leadership and relationships.
He has served on Advisory Boards for the UTD Graduate Management School, Sales & Marketing Management magazine and Dallas Interfaith Housing Homelessness Prevention.
