Naphtali Bryant is currently the Director, Learning & Development for ServiceTitan and an innovative leader with exceptional talent and expertise in team building, coaching, motivational speaking, leadership development, public speaking, and training.  Naphtali is a certified speaker, trainer and coach in several world-class assessment tools, methodologies, and frameworks on human behavior, team building, and leadership including: The John Maxwell Method of Leadership, Speaking, and Coaching, DiSC Behavioral Styles, Prosci Change Management, and Emotional Intelligence.

Across his 16+ years of experience in Information Technology, Entertainment, Human Resources, and Local Government, Naphtali has spoken, trained, or served in a variety of leadership roles at organizations including: Warner Bros., Naked Juice, USC, Cotton On, University of Phoenix, and Metrolink.

Naphtali helps to change the way people think and perform by fostering ideas, engaging participant’s hearts and minds, and encouraging them to unleash their full potential and he provides tools and strategies to equip business leaders and teams to be fully engaged and empowered in everything they do.

Naphtali has a background of discipline, dedication, and commitment from his honorable years of military service in the United States Marine Corps.

Naphtali holds a Bachelor’s of Business degree with a focus on management from the University of Phoenix, and a Master’s of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University.

Naphtali’s energy and passion for motivating, inspiring, and developing people is undeniable and he tenaciously uses that energy, passion, and desire to bring the best out in others.

When Naphtali is not speaking, training, or working he enjoys traveling with his

wife Keila and son Jeremiah, playing pick-up basketball and reading. He lives in Burbank, California with his wife and son.
