As the owner of Sales Improvement Professionals, Inc, Jim has conducted training classes all around the world, literally. He founded Sales Improvement Professionals in 1999, did a large amount of training and speaking to HVAC manufacturers such as Carrier, Trane, Rheem, Nordyne and many others. He worked as a consultant to the solar industry from 2005-2011, traveling to Manilla, Australia, Hawaii as well as all of North America.
Jim spent the last 8 years working with Goodman/Amana, helping their dealers to improve sales and profits. He has programs for Distributors (Territory Managers and Inside sales teams), dealers (owners, technicians, office staff) as well as programs to help set up maintenance agreements, engage new marketing concepts, and track results.
