BREAKOUT 2 – Using the Advanced DISC Profile System to Hire, Retain, Train, and Lead Your Team
The typical DISC Profile stops at the four personality types. The Advanced DISC Profile goes much deeper. It includes a person’s value system, their character traits, and a Job Matching Profile. When you are armed with the Advanced DISC Profile, you are ready to lead and motivate your team by understanding precisely what drives a person.
The profile will show you if they are motivated by money, acts of kindness, learning, power, and more. You will also know what character strengths and character weaknesses your people have.
Wouldn’t it be great to know if your team member struggled with “using common sense” before you gave them decision-making ability? Also, this system provides you a Job Matching Profile that breaks down the person’s strengths and weakness by required skill.
